COVID-19 Safety Protocols & Procedures

Our priority is the health and safety of our staff, customers and community. During these last few months, while the TV & Film Industry shutdown, our team has been hard at work developing protocols and procedures to ensure that our company continues safe operations during this unprecedented global pandemic. We are committed to developing and implementing a COVID-19 safety plan that will keep everyone safe and healthy.

Here’s what we are doing:

RENTAL UNITS

  • We understand that cleanliness is even more critical at this moment in time, therefore our company is equipped with an Electrostatic Handheld Sprayer Gun which will be used to disinfect high-touch surfaces using safe, non-toxic industrial grade cleaning products such as Vital Oxide which are approved to combat COVID-19.
  • Each rental unit is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected between every rental paying close attention to high-touch areas. This includes washing, vacuuming, general wipe down, and sanitizing with a disinfectant that meets leading health authority requirements.
  • We also have measures in place to immediately isolate and quarantine any equipment if needed.

VISITORS

  • Doors to our office are now equipped with a foot-pull to open
  • There will be no public washroom facilities at this time
  • Temperature will be checked and recorded
  • Visitor temperature will be recorded and kept in a log
  • We may ask that all visitors answer the following 3 questions:
  • Have you traveled outside of Canada in the last 14 days?
  • Have you experienced/exhibit any symptoms of COVID-19 (coughing, fever or difficulty breathing)
  • Have you come into contact with anyone who tested positive for COVID-19 in the last 14 days?

OFFICE & STAFF

  • 1 visitor inside office at one time, overflow waiting area will be clearly marked
  • Please practice physical distancing, work in your own designated zones
  • If possible, please wear a mask and wash your hands frequently
  • All high touch surfaces will be disinfected and wiped down on a frequent schedule
  • Staff are asked to self-isolate and stay home if feeling unwell or exhibiting any symptoms of COVID-19

SHOP & TECHNICIANS

  • Please practice physical distancing, work in your own designated zones
  • Restricted areas, employees only
  • When out in-service calls, use PPE (personal protection equipment) and sanitize and/or wash your hands frequently
  • Prior to departing our shop to address a service call, each technician’s temperature will be checked and recorded into our service call log book
  • Our technicians will adhere to any COVID-19 Protocols that the Production requires prior to entering the premise of the service call
  • Disinfect work area once service call is completed
